The record, the legal notice, the annual report, and export are free. They stay free. They work with no account, and nothing you type leaves your device.
Paid: time with a Learning Guide
Guide time is what we charge for. It includes a private, encrypted copy of your record that your guide can read only after you say so. You can take that access back at any time.
Price is per family, never per child. If the price is a problem, it is waived. Email us and say so.
